Tenants in Cornwall
Wardle Accommodation, as a Letting Agent in Truro for many years, know
and understand the expense incurred in finding suitable accommodation.
This is why we have always strive to achieve fairness and affordability.
In return we will need to be able to reassure our Landlords that every
effort has been made to ensure that you, as Tenants, are reliable,
responsible and sympathetic in the care of the property you are about to
rent.
This means that we will pursue references from employment sources and
financial sources together with, where possible, previous Landlord/Agent
references.
When the property letting is agreed and the references received are
acceptable then documents relating to the Tenancy are drawn up on
behalf of the Landlord. A payment is then requested from the
Tenant to cover the first months rent on the property and the sum to
be held on behalf of the Landlord as Deposit. This may be
equivalent to one months rent or a higher figure may be required.
The deposit held on behalf of the Landlord is then placed with the
Deposit Protection Service as per Standard Regulations, and all
documentation relating to this will be sent to the Tenant by the
Deposit Protection Service.
Viewings of prospective properties are arranged to suit all, including
evenings and weekend viewings.
Please give us a call for further information with regard to renting
or for details of any properties we have available. We will also take
details of your requirements should a suitable property not be
available.
